Refund & Cancellation Policy

RankTera is operated by CoderTo, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("CoderTo", "we", "us"). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for RankTera subscriptions. It matches section 3 of our RankTera Terms of Service, which supplement CoderTo, LLC's master Terms of Service (they also apply to RankTera).

1. Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and your chosen paid plan is charged.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars (USD). Both monthly and annual plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Stripe emails you a reminder 7 days before each renewal, for both monthly and annual plans. Prices may change on renewal with prior notice.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time yourself, from the Billing page of your account at app.ranktera.com/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your plan stays active until then and does not renew.

4. Refunds

• 14-day refund on your first payment — if RankTera is not right for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for RankTera and we will refund it in full. This applies once per product, per customer.
• After that — payments already made are not refunded, and we do not refund part of a period when you cancel early or stop using the service.
• If we end your subscription — if we end your subscription for a reason that is not your fault, including discontinuing RankTera, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Where the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

5. Questions about a charge

If you have a question about a charge, or want to ask us to review a charge or a refund request, email [email protected] with your account email and the date and amount of the charge.

6. How charges appear on your statement

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of CoderTo, LLC. Charges appear on your statement as CODERTO* RANKTERA (or similar, depending on your bank).

7. Governing law

This policy and our Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
